Support team
As a Canopy customer, you will have access to our and support team. There are a few different ways you can do this.
To chat with the support team, all you have to do is click on the purple icon with your initials in the bottom left of your screen. There will then be a purple button that says "Chat with us." You can ask us anything and we will respond as fast as we can!
We are also happy to talk to customers over the phone. Call us at 855-616-7305.
Knowledge base
In our knowledge base, we provide a variety of instructional how-to videos and articles. You can either browse by topic or type your question into the search box.
We cover topics like Canopy 101, billing and invoicing, account settings, and how to set up your first client. If you haven't already, take a minute and check out our knowledge base.
