What's New?

In January, we launched an open BETA of Questionnaires– the ability to create survey-like forms to collect information of any kind in any format you’d like. Within Questionnaires is a ton of highly valuable features:

  • Create templates
  • Save as a draft
  • Send in bulk
  • Create conditions
  • Save as a PDF
  • Export
  • Collect documents

 

Why it Matters

Whether you’re using this as a custom organizer, a client intake form, or to collect feedback, you’ll be able to collect information from your clients in an easy, streamlined way through the client portal.

This is just the beginning! We know how impactful this will be to your firm(s) and will be adding more functionality throughout the year. Keep your eye out for in-app messages and email announcements for the latest information.

 

Where to Find It

Questionnaires is currently included with every license. You can find it through the templates menu or from the global add button (the big blue one in the top left corner). It will also show up within the task list and the tasks on a client record as a task type.
