What's new:
Data is only as powerful as the reports where it is displayed. We recently added several visualizations across multiple reports to help you action your data.
- AR Aging: View clients’ unpaid invoices at a glance, drill down by invoice to see detailed history, or filter by date to focus on current balances.
- Budget v. Actual: Quickly compare budgeted hours with actual performance. You can adjust columns to analyze by project or client to show underlying data for in depth financial insights.
- Work in Progress Aging: See unbilled revenue by age. Use filters to focus on specific services, and view underlying time entries to streamline your billing process.
- Production Analysis: Analyze team productivity over a time period. Adjust the date range, filter the service item, and drill into specific tasks to explore labor costs.
- Staff Utilization: Compare logged hours to working hours. Adjust parameters to evaluate workforce productivity across days and individual staff members.
- Task & Subtask Capacity: Compare budgeted hours with actual working hours, supporting efficient task management and resource planning.
Why it matters:
Data is King. But data is also overwhelming. Get the most out of your data with reports like this that are pre-built for you. Then use functionality like alerts and scheduled reports to stay in the know without having to hop in and analyze. Spend more time on billable activities while also getting insights. Have your cake and eat it too.
